My role in your journey is to be a guide; there to help you navigate through the difficult roads you may find yourself traveling. I believe that each of us has the capacity within us to successfully manage our own emotional and mental health concerns, and to find satisfaction within ourselves and in our relationships. The foundational focus of my therapeutic approach first and foremost is to provide you with an empathetic and supportive partnership, in helping you discover new skills to manage stressors, understand and accept yourself more fully, to find deeper and more meaningful ways to connect with others and improve relationships and many other amazing discoveries that occur along the way. I bring more than 25 years of clinical experience or navigational tools to each and every session. I have had the privilege of being able to work with individuals, couples, and families ranging from youth to the elderly. I am a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional(CCFP) and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional(CCATP). In addition I have studied and use a variety of treatment approaches, that I adapt to personalize to my clients presenting concerns, strengths and personalities.
